Organization of the Work Process

A few days ago, at the Centre of Geospatial Technologies, we held a discussion where our teammate Aram Abovyan shared his knowledge about the Agile approach, as well as Scrum and Kanban methodologies. These methods help optimize the workflow 💻 and enhance team organization.

By using these methods, it is possible to clearly define tasks and deadlines for team members, document the process, collect statistical data and use the reveal factors that negatively impact workflow. This, in turn, allows for effective management and timely resolution of issues.
